A Resource is a concept from the ENTSO-E Harmonized Electricity Market Role Model, which defines it as:
A market representation of an asset or a group of assets related to the energy industry. A Resource represents for example grid assets, consumption assets or production assets, such as generating units, consumption units, energy storage units or virtual power plants.
